Cupping
Cupping therapy is a form of alternative chinese medicine where the practitioner uses a form of suction (flame/vacuum) to draw the clients skin into the cup creating a tight seal. Acupuncture
A form of traditional chinese medicine, acupuncture is the practice of inserting needles into targeted areas of the body with the aim to balance one's energy. Osteopathy focuses on facilitating the health of joints and muscles through non-invasive manual therapy, helping to strengthen the framework to the body and ultimately restore balance and allowing the body to self-heal/self-regulate. This whole-body approach is used to find the underlying cause of pain and discomfort and treat them accordingly. Treatments are done fully clothed, with gentle hands-on techniques and mobilizations.
Stretch Therapy
Stretch Therapy is a movement based treatment. This treatment can benefit clients with reduced flexibility, post injury/surgery rehabilitation, range of motion limitations, postural pain and help improve overall wellness. Clients will be asked to wear comfortable clothes in this treatment.
Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle form of massage therapy which encourages the movement of lymphatic fluids in the body. This form of massage therapy can ben beneficial for people with swelling, puffiness, or fluid retention.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is therapeutic treatment that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through many changes during pregnancy. The practitioner may modify the treatment to fit the needs of the client. The benefits of prenatal treatment are plentiful, and we hope to make mom and baby more comfortable no matter what stage of pregnancy she may be in. Some benefits include:

Gua Sha
Also known as ‘scraping’ this form of alternative chinese medicine is a common practice that uses an edged tool to glide along the skin. The action causes light discoloration of the skin known as petechaie, and is an effective treatment for connective tissue restrictions, relieving muscle tension, boosting circulation locally, and encouraging lymphatic drainage.
